program. Using webinars, teleseminars, video, email and Q&A
phone calls, you will learn how planned giving can work for your
organization and your donors, and how to apply what you've learned
towards building your own planned giving campaign that will bring in
otherwise possibly untapped revenues over time. And, you will have
expert support available to reinforce your training so you can make
smart, strategic choices in developing a viable, successful planned
giving program.
The training session for the easyPG® Program
is currently the same for all participants. It's designed for
experienced development professionals, who already appreciate the finer
points of relationship building and understand the importance of
cultivation and stewardship. It teaches not only the tools of gift
planning; it shows how to build successful ongoing campaigns that will
bring in millions of dollars over time.
Some of the topics covered include: planned giving basics - what it is
and how it works; most common planned giving techniques and vehicles;
how to solicit these gifts and from whom; methods of marketing and
recognition; a campaign structure including how to determine realistic
goals which gifts are most suitable for which donors.
THREE LEVELS OF SUPPORT
There are three levels of support and service given over a three month
period, once a week for 13 weeks. Ongoing support is available, even after the program ends. easyPG®
is structured to ensure you have what you need to successfully
integrate planned giving into your other fundraising activities. We even give our members a 10% discount on everything in the easyPG® store.
Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 apply to the level of service and support
you feel best meets your needs. Each offers the same three month,
once-a-week training comprised of webinars, teleseminars, video,
unlimited email and weekly live Q&A calls. No matter which
Level you choose you will learn:
- The most common planned giving vehicles and how they work
- How to determine which gift options best suit your donor base and prospects
- How to identify, solicit and cultivate planned gift prospects
- How to set goals that make sense
- What marketing tools and techniques best suit your constituency
- How to involve your board and other leadership
- Appropriate recognition ideas
- How to pull it all into an ongoing campaign that fits with your other fundraising activities

Once a week web based trainings comprised of visuals and audio that may
include video, webinars, and teleseminars. Emails with questions or
requesting further explanations of a particular training session will
be ongoing for the entire training period. Organizations must designate
one person to be responsible for this email piece. One call each month
will be devoted to live Questions & Answers from those being
trained in the program.

All LEVEL 1 services plus 1 hour of scheduled monthly phone support
(1/2 hour calls scheduled two times a month for the duration of the
training program).

of Intent, gift planning newsletter, sample solicitation letter,
fulfillment buck-slips, and 1½ hours of scheduled phone support (1/2
hour calls scheduled three times for the duration of the program).
